Welcome to your first working day! We offer the best conditions for our employees. Here are some rules: follow them, and your internship will be the best time of your entire life!

1. As an online support specialist, you should always remember that our clients’ wishes are top priority for us. All employees should provide the best possible offer. You shouldn’t ever argue with a client or go against them. Our employees should always be on the client’s side.

2. You shouldn’t pester the client with your opinion or questions. If the client doesn’t ask — you don’t share.

3. We don’t provide any service for a person with initials “W.R.”. If you see a message from him, you should notify our administration about it. And NEVER answer to his messages.

4. You should always prioritize our partnership companies. For example: if a client asks you to find the closest café to them, first of all look for our partners’ establishments.
